Most athletes train 2-3 times per week to see real improvement. With unlimited access, Gold members can train consistently, recover properly, and accelerate their development–all while getting the best overall value.

Elite athletes train 5-6 days per week with a minimum of 1 rest day. For younger athletes we recommend 4-5 days per week with at least 2 rest days. Remember, rest is just important as hard work. The body needs time to recover.

Yes! Your athlete should continue to train during the season. Team training is great for team building and development, however every athlete is different. They have different strengths and weaknesses. Individual training is vital to athletic performance growth.

You can always upgrade or downgrade your membership to keep the contract length. If you join today as a Silver member and decide you want to upgrade to Gold, your time commitment doesn’t change.

All memberships are a 6 month contract. After the contract term, your membership will automatically renew monthly. You must contact Blue Chip Athletic Performance Enhancement to cancel your membership.
