The Grow Strong Kids Program is designed to introduce sports to children as young as 2 years old.  Our youngest team members will learn basic terminology, body mechanics, sportsmanship, and team building.  Our coaches will provide members with a safe learning environment that allows children to play and learn while building connections. Each class is set up to introduce a different sport, although we allow the players to explore and decide what interests them.  

Blue Chip Performance Center is available for Class Field Trips.

Soccer

Soccer is the most popular sport in the world. It is the perfect game for developing young bodies for any athletic endeavor.  Our Grow Strong Kids Soccer classes focus on developing motor skills and self-confidence while developing core soccer skills. The instructor-to-student ratio is kept small to maximize individual development and ensure fun! 

The US Soccer Federation advocates that for a child to become a skillful player, they should have 1 million soccer ball touches before they are 16. Our Grow Strong Kids Soccer classes can help get your toddler on their way to 1 Million!

Baseball

Baseball is America's pastime! Grow Strong Kids Baseball classes focus on motor skills and body control while learning baseball basics.  Your toddler will improve at throwing, catching, hitting, and running while growing a love for America's game.  

Baseball is a growing sport worldwide.  America no longer sits at the top of the Baseball mountain.  Latin America and Asia have grown into worldwide baseball powerhouses.  

Basketball

Basketball is one of the most athletic team sports in the world.  Competing in basketball has never been competitive. Blue Chip's Grow Strong Kids classes focus on dribbling, shot technique, passing, and teamwork. Adjustable hoops and appropriately sized basketballs are used to always provide just the right amount of challenge.  Our small group sizes will allow more individual focus on your toddler.  

Basketball has become a worldwide phenomenon!  Both men's and women's basketball is played in almost every country in the world.  

Football

Grow Strong Kids Football is a development program for kids ages 3 through 5 years old. Our coaches will use a variety of fun games to engage kids while teaching the sport of football and developing fundamental skills. The goal is to build fitness, muscle coordination, and football fundamentals and create a love of the game. We do not do any tackling or blocking at this level.


Speed and Agility

All athletic endeavors require speed and agility.  This multi-sport program was developed to give children a positive first step into athletics. Blue Chip's Grow Strong Kids classes will teach your toddler the fine motor skills required to improve their speed and agility while getting stronger.  We help them develop proper running techniques, understand their bodies and abilities, and put them on a track for a healthy lifestyle.
